Kenneth Major is the new Director of Risk and Quality Management at CCN/ Rutland Mental Health Services.
Ken had been working as a Psychologist at a CARF-accredited 40 bed Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program in Texas serving homeless veterans for 5 years. He has risk and quality management experience with a variety of behavioral health populations.
Ken received his M.S. in Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University and his Psy.D in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in Texas. He Received his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Arizona.

2010 Employee of the Year
Curtis Taylor has been named Employee of the Year for Community Care Network. Curtis has worked at RMHS for ten years as a clinician in the Crisis Department, Adult Behavioral Health Services. He is one of the four Don LaRouche Spirit Award winners.
