Rutland Mental Health Services was awarded the Vermont Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports Gold Standard Award for 2012. The Gold Standard Award is for companies that in the previous year received the Gold Award and have kept the high standards.  Awards are given to the employers that support staff access to physical fitness activities and promote good health at work and beyond.

On January 19, 2012, Community Care Network was presented the "Key Agency of the Year" award from United Way of Rutland County to recognize employees' contributions of $11,374 toward the 2011 Campaign.
