Work with an autistic individual with developmental disability. Assist individual in gaining independence and enjoying a high quality of life. Duties and hours vary. All shifts available: weekends, days, evenings and overnights. Candidate must have good observational skills, be able to diffuse and redirect challenging behaviors, and attention to detail and documentation. Must be able to work flexible schedule. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Background checks and a valid driver's license required. Great pay, training and team support provided. |
