Substitutes needed for assisting adults experiencing chronic to acute mental health symptoms by engaging them in their treatment plans and establishing a level of stability to transition into their community. Help clients build skills including problem-solving strategies, coping methods to stay safe and deal effectively with emotional stress, and ways to improve relationships. Ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as one-to-one with individuals. Subs needed for all shifts to work with 1-2 clients at a time in various settings; crisis apartment, private homes and community. Previous experience preferred. |
