Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the senior management team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. In addition to the duties and responsibilities described in the job description, the Vice President of Human Resources has a particularly important role in advancing the organizationís strategic plan. With oversight of the People Pillar, the Vice President of Human Resources works to implement processes and strategies to improve the staff engagement in the Strategic Plan. As well, in collaboration with other members of the senior management team, the Vice President provides oversight to processes that will retain, recruit, and energize the organizationís employees.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelorís degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a current SPHR. Prefer a minimum of 7-10 years of H.R. experience in a healthcare or community mental health setting with at least 4 of those being in a management role.
