Outpatient Clinicians
Master's level clinicians comfortable and skilled with individual, group and family treatment for children ages six through adolescence. Position will focus on conducting assessments, providing outreach and crisis stabilization services. Strong assessment skills needed (and ability to work independently, flexibly, in a crisis driven mode) Must have knowledge and experience with family centered, strengths based treatment. Must be comfortable working in both a clinic-based setting and a community/home based setting. Looking for an organized, team focused practitioners. Supervision toward LCMH or LICSW available.

The Human Resources Director will assist the V.P. of Human Resources with the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function for over 400 employees. Substance Abuse Clinician, Evergreen, Full time 40 hrs
Substance Abuse Clinician
Seeking a certified or licensed substance abuse clinician to work with Evergreen Substance Abuse Services a division of Rutland Mental Health Services. Duties may include: group counseling (outpatient and/or intensive outpatient), individual counseling, assessments, case management and referrals working as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals with substance abuse issues.

School Based Clinician, Full time 37.5
Full time School Based Clinician that is comfortable and skilled with a diverse range of school-aged children. Family-centered, strength-based clinical practice with strong crisis intervention and assessment skills needed. Position requires active participation on an interdisciplinary treatment team. We are looking for an organized, team-focused practitioner. Master's degree required, license preferred. Position available for the 2014-2015 school year.

Intensive Family Based Services Clinician 37.5 Masterís Degree
Responsible for providing in-home, family based clinical and support services to families with children in risk of out of home placement or in need of reunification.

School Based Supervisor, Clinician Full time, 37.5hrs
Master's level clinician needed to provide clinical supervision to an interdisciplinary team while maintaining a small caseload. Knowledge and experience with family-center, wraparound and strengths-based clinical practice needed. Supervisory experience working with children ages 6 through 18 required. Master's Degree and licensure required.

Respite Worker per diem (8-10 hrs)

Community Skills Worker- Full and part time
Person able to work intensively one on one with children in the community or with families to teach them skills. Case load of 1 to 2 children at a time for intensive short term services. Flexible hours (some early evening and weekend availability) that may vary from child to child. Good team player and communicator. Reliable transportation needed. Experience working with children preferred. Per diem position.

Overnight Respite Workers, Per diem
Respite worker needed to provide periodic over night respite for chidlren with behavioral/mental health problems in their home. Must be a licensed foster care home/provider or willing to become one.Experience working with children preferred. Must have own reliable transportation.

Residential Recovery Specialist
Provide support services to adults who experience acute psychiatric episodes in a new short-term , four bed residential program. Assist residents with building skills for mental health stability and independent living including problem-solving strategies, coping skills and managing daily activities for eventual reintegration into their community. Recovery Specialist will implement individual treatment plans, assist individuals with accomplishing specified tasks to reach their goals, and facilitate small group sessions to provide education and therapeutic support to enhance clients' abilities to cope with their mental health symptoms. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a treatment team in a stabilizing environment are required.

Licensed Nursing Assistant, per diem
Provide nursing supports to adults experiencing symptoms of a severe and persistent mental illness in a short-term, four bed residential program. This facility is designed to provide a nurturing environment that supports individuals' efforts to reintegrate into their community of residence. The LNA works under the direction of the Residential Nursing Staff Supervisor as part of a multidisciplinary team of treatment providers, providing medical services, education and personal care to residents while implementing their individual plan of care. Excellent communcation skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a treatment team in a stabilizing environment are required. Must have LNA licensure with experience working with individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms preferred.

Excellent written and verbal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well in both a team environment as well as one-to-one with individual clients in the community. Applicants should be willing to work weekends or overnights. Driver's license required.

Crisis Recovery Specialist Full time, Part time, All shifts, Substitutes Bachelorís degree preferred
Provide support services to adults who experience acute psychiatric episodes in a short-term, 4 bed crisis program. Supervise and help stabilize crises of clients by creating a daily routine to include: problem-solving strategies, coping skills and practice for managing daily activities safely for reintegration into their community upon discharge. Create individual treatment plans and assist individuals to accomplish specified tasks to reach their goal. Facilitate small group sessions to provide education and therapeutic support to enhance clients" abilities to cope with their mental health symptoms. Admit and discharge clients. coordinating with their treatment team as necessary. Meal planning and preparation and some light housekeeping are required. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a crisis stabilization environment are required. Bachelor's degree and human service experience preferred.
