Community Support Team Coordinator
Community Support Team Coordinator is responsible for delivering the highest quality employment and community supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in Rutland County. Applicant should possess strong interpersonal skills to be appied in duties such as career assessments, job development, on-the-job training, employer networking and consultation. Direct supports to individuals in their community or place of employment, are a requirement of the position. Ability to be able to train and develop support plans for individuals to be successful in achieving their goals and dreams. Behavioral Interventionists 37.5 hours BA
Provide specific, individualized, goal oriented services to assist children with behavioral and emotional challenges in high school aged classrooms. Candidates will have experience helping children with serious behavioral and emotional challenges to remain in regular classroom settings. Bachelors Degree required. Youth Transitiional Services/J.O.B.S. Clinician
Youth Transitional Services/Jump On Board for Success Program Clinician to provide assessment, evaluation, clinical services, community-based case management and vocational services to youth ages 16-22. Candidate should have experience working with transitional youth populations and their families and be highly organized and detail oriented. Community Skills Worker- per diem
Person able to work intensively one on one with children in the community or with families to teach them skills. Case load of 1 to 2 children at a time for intensive short term services. Flexible hours (some early evening and weekend availability) that may vary from child to child. Good team player and communicator. Reliable transportation needed. Experience working with children preferred. Per diem position.

Overnight Respite Workers, Per diem
Respite worker needed to provide periodic over night respite for chidlren with behavioral/mental health problems in their home. Must be a licensed foster care home/provider or willing to become one.Experience working with children preferred. Must have own reliable transportation.

Licensed Nursing Assistant, per diem
Provide nursing supports to adults experiencing symptoms of a severe and persistent mental illness in a short-term, four bed residential program. This facility is designed to provide a nurturing environment that supports individuals' efforts to reintegrate into their community of residence. The LNA works under the direction of the Residential Nursing Staff Supervisor as part of a multidisciplinary team of treatment providers, providing medical services, education and personal care to residents while implementing their individual plan of care. Excellent communcation skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a treatment team in a stabilizing environment are required. Must have LNA licensure with experience working with individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms preferred.

Residential Recovery Specialist Part Time
Provide support services to adults who experience acute psychiatric episodes in a new short-term, four bed residential program. The SES will use evidence based practices as the guide to assist consumers recovering from mental illness to obtain and maintain employment. Successful applicatn will work in a team setting and collaborate with employers and other community-based providers. Supervise and help stabilize crises of clients by creating a daily routine to include: problem-solving strategies, coping skills and practice for managing daily activities safely for reintegration into their community upon discharge. Create individual treatment plans and assist individuals to accomplish specified tasks to reach their goal. Facilitate small group sessions to provide education and therapeutic support to enhance clients" abilities to cope with their mental health symptoms. Admit and discharge clients. coordinating with their treatment team as necessary. Meal planning and preparation and some light housekeeping are required. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a crisis stabilization environment are required. Bachelor's degree and human service experience preferred.

This position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules; including on-call; assuring coverage; coordinating staff training; supervising and supporting staff; program growth and development; and providing a positive team-oriented work environment. Ideal candidate is a collaborative team player and skilled team leader comfortable working in fast paced and sometimes high pressure situations Bachelor's degree and QDDP eligibility preferred. Supervisory experience and a minimum of two years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities required. Position is full time and requires flexbility in schedule.
