Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the senior management team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. In addition to the duties and responsibilities described in the job description, the Vice President of Human Resources has a particularly important role in advancing the organizationís strategic plan. With oversight of the People Pillar, the Vice President of Human Resources works to implement processes and strategies to improve the staff engagement in the Strategic Plan. As well, in collaboration with other members of the senior management team, the Vice President provides oversight to processes that will retain, recruit, and energize the organizationís employees.



Qualified candidates will have a Bachelorís degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a current SPHR. Prefer a minimum of 7-10 years of H.R. experience in a healthcare or community mental health setting with at least 4 of those being in a management role.

InterAge Adult Day Program seeks enthusiastic, compassionate person to work with adults/elderly who may have cognitive and/or physical challenges. Substance Abuse Clinician
Seeking a certified or licensed substance abuse clinician to work with Evergreen Substance Abuse Services a division of Rutland Mental Health Services. Duties may include: group counseling (outpatient and/or intensive outpatient), individual counseling, assessments, case management and referrals working as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals with substance abuse issues.

Person able to work intensively one on one with children in the community or with families to teach them skills. Case load of 1 to 2 children at a time for intensive short term services. Flexible hours (some early evening and weekend availability) that may vary from child to child. Good team player and communicator. Reliable transportation needed. Experience working with children preferred. Per diem position.

Overnight Respite Workers
Respite worker needed to provide periodic over night respite for chidlren with behavioral/mental health problems. Must be a licensed foster care home/provider or willing to become one.Experience working with children preferred. Must have own reliable transportation.

Licensed Nursing Assistant, Rutland Recovery Residence Program
Unique opportunity to provide nursing support to adults experiencing symptoms of a severe and persistent mentall ilnness in a short-term, four bed residential program. This facility is designed to provide a nurturing environment that supports individuals' efforts to reintegrate into their community of residence. The LNA works under the direction of the Residential Nursing Staff Supervisor as part of a multidisciplinary team of treatment providers, providing medical services, education and personal care to residents while implementing their individual plan of care. Excellent communication skills, flexibililty, and the ability to work as part of a treatment team in a stabilizing environment are required.

Residential Recovery Specialist, Subs, all shifts
Provide support services to adults who experience acute psychiatric episodes in a new short-term, four bed residential program. Assist residents with building skills for mental health stability and independent living including problem-solving strategies, coping skills and managing daily activites for eventual reintegration into their community. Recovery Specialist will implement individual treatment plans, assist individuals with accomplishing specified tasks to reach their goals, and facilitate small group sessions to provide education and therapeutic support to enhance clients' abilities to cope with their mental health symptoms. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a treatment team in a stabilizing environment are required.

Community Recovery Specialist Sub Bachelor's Preferred

Supported Employment Specialist
Small, progressive supported employment program is seeking a full time Supported Employment Specialist. The SES will use evidence based practices as the guide to assist consumers recovering from mental illness to obtain and maintain employment. Successful applicant will work in a team setting and collaborate with employers and other community-based providers. Position requires flexible attitude, talent to work in a busy environment, superior communication and writing skills, and the ability to form effective relationships with consumers and employers. Bachelor's degree preferred, and valid driver's license is required.

Provide support services to adults who experience acute psychiatric episodes in a short-term, 4 bed crisis program. Supervise and help stabilize crises of clients by creating a daily routine to include: problem-solving strategies, coping skills and practice for managing daily activities safely for reintegration into their community upon discharge. Create individual treatment plans and assist individuals to accomplish specified tasks to reach their goal. Facilitate small group sessions to provide education and therapeutic support to enhance clients" abilities to cope with their mental health symptoms. Admit and discharge clients. coordinating with their treatment team as necessary. Meal planning and preparation and some light housekeeping are required. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a crisis stabilization environment are required. Bachelor's degree and human service experience preferred.
