Developmental Services at Community Care Network offers a comprehensive array of person-centered supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities, and their families. From workplace and education programs to intensive home and community supports, all services are based on individual needs and goals developed by individuals and their teams.

Education & Employment Services

Care Coordination for Children:

Helping families access and coordinate medical, educational, social or other services for their children up to age 22 with developmental disabilities.
