Strategic Plan

The 2013-2018 RMHS Strategic Plan has many initiatives, including those being led by Action Teams launched by the Organizational Excellence Council; these teams are working on specific Strategic Objectives, such as Developing leadership practices, communicating and actively engaging staff, appreciating and recognizing staff, and developing a Total Compensation System. 

Many individual programs within RMHS are also engaged in initiatives that support and advance the goals of the six Pillars:

People, Service, Quality, Finance, Growth and Community.
