CCN Annual Report

Ten Community Care Network programs received United Way funding during 2011. The goal was set to raise $10,000 through employee giving and fund raising efforts.  CCN is proud to announce that $11,373.63 was raised to help United Way of Rutland County.

The Vermont Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports presented Community Care Network/Rutland Mental Health Services with the 2011 Gold Award in Recognition of our Worksite Wellness Program.
