Community Care Network is a consortium of  programs providing behavioral health, developmental disabilities, volunteer, and early childhood education services to the greater Rutland Region in Southern Vermont. Our organization enhances the health and well-being of those we serve through responsive, innovative, and collaborative services that offer support across the lifespan.

Behavioral Health

Rutland Mental Health Services is highly committed to supporting individuals with the quality services they need. Our behavioral health division offers a range of Child & Family, Adult Outpatient, Substance Abuse, Residential, and Recreational Therapeutic Services. Our dedicated staff of caring professionals has been trained to meet federal, state and other accreditation requirements for professional development.

Developmental Services

Our Developmental Services offer a comprehensive array of person-centered supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. These services promote the health and safety of individuals and families, and help individuals become valued and respected members of the community, build meaningful and mutually supportive relationships and social connections, and make choices and decisions that affect her or his life.

Early Child Care & Education

Rutland County Head Start promotes school readiness for low-income 3-5 year old children by enhancing their social and emotional development through high quality, comprehensive programming in early education, health and mental health support, social services, and parent involvement.

Senior & Volunteer Services

RSVP & The Volunter Center provides volunteer opportunities for people of all ages, serving over 150 non profit organizations in Rutland and Addison Counties. In addition, RSVP/VC designs and implements volunteer driven Signature Programs: RSVP Bone Builders, RSVP Operation Dolls & More and RSVP Rutland County Reads. Explore the world of volunteering!
